These Terms of Service govern your use of ruralrankingexperts.com and the services offered by Rural Ranking Experts, a trade name of Web Promote Pro, LLC.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using ruralrankingexperts.com (the “Site”), operated by Web Promote Pro, LLC d/b/a Rural Ranking Experts (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or our services.

2. Our Services

We provide local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) visibility services for local trade businesses, including a free GBP Visibility Snapshot, a paid one-time Google Maps Visibility Diagnostic ($100), and optional, separately-scoped implementation support.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Search rankings, including Google Maps placement, are determined by algorithms we do not control and that change without notice. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Figures shown in our ROI calculator or marketing materials are estimates for illustration only, not promises.

4. Payment & Refunds

The Google Maps Visibility Diagnostic is a one-time $100 charge, payable before we begin work. Because it involves hands-on analysis and a delivered report, payment is non-refundable once the report has been delivered. If we’re unable to deliver a diagnostic for a business we’ve accepted payment for, we’ll issue a full refund.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business and, where relevant, appropriate access to accounts like your Google Business Profile. We aren’t responsible for delays or inaccurate recommendations caused by incomplete or incorrect information you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

Reports, snapshots, and other deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use for your own business. Our website content, branding, and methodology remain the property of Web Promote Pro, LLC and may not be copied or resold.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services reference and depend on third-party platforms — such as Google Business Profile, Google Search, and Google Maps — that we don’t own or control. We aren’t responsible for changes those platforms make.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Promote Pro, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
